About the role

DIMO ENTERPRISES & OVERSEAS PLACEMENT AGENCY is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Centre Agent to join our dynamic team in Metro Manila. This full-time role is a non-voice account, offering a dayshift schedule. As a CSR Call Centre Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, with no final interview required.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries via email and chat
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing accurate information and updates to customers
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with customer service software and platforms
  • A positive, professional and adaptable attitude
