About the Role

Business Development Manager – Financial Advisory (Insurance Industry).
 This is not a training position. It is a frontline leadership role where you will 
build, lead, and grow a team of financial advisors.

  • Recruit & Onboard:
     Build a strong pipeline of financial advisors through active sourcing and disciplined selection.
  • Develop & Activate:
     Coach advisors on daily activity, client acquisition, and productivity standards.
  • Lead & Retain:
     Establish a culture of accountability, recognition, and long-term career success.
  • Drive Growth:
     Ensure your unit consistently meets and exceeds business targets.

  • Proven leadership in sales, business development, or team management.
  • Strong coaching and people-development skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build from the ground up.
  • Commitment to results and resilience under pressure.
  • Background in financial services a plus, but not required — we provide full industry training.
