About the Role
We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial leader to take on the role of
Business Development Manager – Financial Advisory (Insurance Industry).
This is not a training position. It is a frontline leadership role where you will
build, lead, and grow a team of financial advisors.
Your mission: drive recruitment, activate productivity, and create an environment where advisors thrive.
What You'll Do
- Recruit & Onboard:
Build a strong pipeline of financial advisors through active sourcing and disciplined selection. - Develop & Activate:
Coach advisors on daily activity, client acquisition, and productivity standards. - Lead & Retain:
Establish a culture of accountability, recognition, and long-term career success. - Drive Growth:
Ensure your unit consistently meets and exceeds business targets.
What We're Looking For
- Proven leadership in sales, business development, or team management.
- Strong coaching and people-development skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build from the ground up.
- Commitment to results and resilience under pressure.
- Background in financial services a plus, but not required — we provide full industry training.
