Job Scope:

  • Lead the review, negotiation, and development of contracts, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure terms meet legal, regulatory, and business standards.
  • Oversee organizational compliance with laws, corporate policies, and industry best practices to mitigate risks and ensure governance standards.
  • Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and operational systems for improved contract and risk management.
  • Manage contract lifecycle processes end-to-end, including procurement planning, contract administration, and documentation.
  • Provide expert advice on contract and compliance matters to senior management and business units.
  • Monitor contract performance, compliance audits, and reporting requirements, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate closely with finance, legal, program, and operational teams to align compliance and contractual objectives.

Requirements:

  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree in law, business, finance, or related fields; advanced degrees or certifications in contract management or compliance are advantageous.
  • Several years of experience in contract management, compliance, risk analysis, and negotiation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with relevant legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
  • Ability to lead teams, manage projects, and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
