About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at StaffSmart Outsourcing. As a full-time customer service professional based in Alabang, Muntinlupa, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance to our valued customers, ensuring their enquiries are resolved efficiently and effectively.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound customer calls and responding to customer emails, chat inquiries and other communication channels
  2. Providing knowledgeable and friendly support to customers, assisting with product/service inquiries, orders, returns and complaints
  3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system
  4. Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggesting process improvements
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery
  6. Upholding the company's values and commitment to customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, ideally within the retail, e-commerce or BPO industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond empathetically
  3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve customer issues
  4. Proficiency in computer and software applications, including CRM systems
  5. Fluency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively
  6. A positive, adaptable and team-oriented attitude
