About the role

StaffSmart Outsourcing is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives (CSRs). This full-time role is based in Alabang, Muntinlupa and MOA, Pasay sites, and does not require any prior BPO experience. As a CSR, you will play a crucial part in delivering outstanding customer service and support to our diverse client base.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
  2. Responding to customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely and effective manner
  3. Providing accurate information and guidance to customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience
  4. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  5. Continuously improving your product and service knowledge to better assist customers
  6. Collaborating with the team to identify and implement process improvements

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  3. Adaptability and the willingness to learn new skills and technologies
  4. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  5. A positive, friendly, and customer-oriented attitude
  6. No prior BPO experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training
