What you'll be doing

  1. Engage with customers through inbound phone calls, providing friendly and efficient assistance
  2. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
  3. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
  4. Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and provide feedback to the team
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer service

What we're looking for

  1. Highschool to college graduate with or without experience
  2. Must be willing to attend 3-4 MONTHS ONSITE TRAINING and WFH once endorsed to production
  3. Must be willing to work in a nightshift schedule
  4. Must be willing to GO ONSITE FOR APPLICATION - 1 day hiring process
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and address customer concerns
  7. Proficient in written and verbal English communication
  8. Experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the BPO industry
  9. Ability to work effectively in a remote setting and be self-motivated
  10. Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
