About the role
Join us as a Customer Service Representative and be part of our dynamic team that delivers exceptional customer experiences. In this full-time role, you will work remotely from the comfort of your home, providing support and assistance to our valued clients. Your primary focus will be handling inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have.
What you'll be doing
- Engage with customers through inbound phone calls, providing friendly and efficient assistance
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and provide feedback to the team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer service
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
What we're looking for
- Highschool to college graduate with or without experience
- Must be willing to attend 3-4 MONTHS ONSITE TRAINING and WFH once endorsed to production
- Must be willing to work in a nightshift schedule
- Must be willing to GO ONSITE FOR APPLICATION - 1 day hiring process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and address customer concerns
- Proficient in written and verbal English communication
- Experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the BPO industry
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting and be self-motivated
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
