We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Valeros Velasco Tabernilla Proverify INC.' located in Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. As a non-sales position, your focus will be on addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
What you'll be doing
- Respond to incoming customer calls and emails in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate and timely solutions
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
- Continuously update your knowledge on products, services, and company policies
- Contribute to the overall improvement of customer satisfaction and retention
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the BPO industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
