About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Valeros Velasco Tabernilla Proverify INC.' located in Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. As a non-sales position, your focus will be on addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to incoming customer calls and emails in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
  • Identify customer needs and provide accurate and timely solutions
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
  • Continuously update your knowledge on products, services, and company policies
  • Contribute to the overall improvement of customer satisfaction and retention

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the BPO industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Proficiency in English and the local language
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
