About the role

We Hope Medical Clinic is seeking an experienced Medical Records Officer/IT Officer to join our team in Paranaque City Metro Manila. This full-time role is responsible for managing the medical records and information technology systems that support our growing healthcare practice.

What you'll be doing

  1. Oversee the maintenance and organisation of electronic and physical medical records to ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with regulations
  2. Implement and maintain efficient systems and procedures for managing patient data, medical charts, and other medical documentation
  3. Provide IT support for the clinic's computers, software, and other technology infrastructure
  4. Assist with the implementation and training of new healthcare information technology systems
  5. Collaborate with the clinical team to improve record-keeping, data management, and technological workflows
  6. Ensure the security and integrity of all medical records and IT systems

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in medical records management or health information technology
  2. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, documentation processes, and healthcare regulations
  3. Proficient in the use of electronic medical record (EMR) systems and general office software
  4. Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  6. Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and data security
