JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Administrative Support: Assist with daily administrative tasks for the compliance team and management.
  • Record Keeping: Organize, maintain, and update all compliance-related records, files, and databases.
  • Documentation: Assist in preparing and maintaining documentation for regulatory and internal purposes.
  • Audits: Help prepare for and respond to internal and routine external audits.
  • Reporting: Assist in preparing and summarizing reports and findings for the compliance team and senior management.
  • Policy Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Policy Implementation: Assist with the development, implementation, and review of compliance policies and procedures.
  • Research: Support compliance officers with research on new business rules, regulations, and industry guidelines.
  • Collaboration: Work with various departments to ensure compliance requirements are met.
  • Training: Assist with maintaining compliance training programs and providing information on updates to employees.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least College Graduate of any Business Course
  • with or without experience
  • with experience as Office Staff is an Advantage
  • with strong personality and good communication skills
  • willing to be assigned in Paranaque

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
