We're a U.S. direct-to-consumer brand with over $300M in revenue. Now we're bringing the next chapter of TikTok commerce to Manila — a large luxury content house with multiple studios and a modern kitchen set, built entirely for TikTok Shop, live selling, and Spark Ads.

This is not agency work. No client churn, no endless pitches. You'll work directly for a U.S. brand, with bigger budgets, better tools (Triple Whale + AI), and a clear growth path.

The Role

As Studio Operations Manager, you'll be the backbone of the house:

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple filming rooms (Kitchen, Live Studios, UGC Studio).
  • Manage scheduling for hosts, producers, moderators, editors, and creators.
  • Ensure KPIs are hit: daily live uptime, content volume, CTR/CVR guardrails.
  • Coordinate with our Media Buyer & Analyst to align output with Spark Ads and sales campaigns.
  • Maintain company-provided structured SOPs to keep the studio running like a factory.
  • Ensure content quality standards are met and support the team with FTC compliance training.
  • Report on performance, spot bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvements.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in studio operations, live commerce, or content production management.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional creative teams.
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop, TikTok Live, and social commerce trends.
  • Organized, KPI-driven, and comfortable running a content factory environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English to collaborate with the U.S. growth team.
  • Willing to work on Night Shift
