Overview

Receptionist role at Options Pilates Studio.

Responsibilities
  • Welcoming, assisting and directing clients and other guests of the organisation.
  • Answering all incoming calls and either redirecting them to the appropriate party or handling caller inquiries where possible.
  • Assisting in organising meetings and conference calls.
  • Receiving mail and arranging dispatch.
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area and meeting rooms.
  • Providing ad hoc administrative support to the team as required.
Ideal Profile / Qualifications
  • At least 1 year experience in a Receptionist role, ideally within the Professional Services industry.
  • Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good communication skills and comfortable handling phone calls in a positive and professional manner.
  • Strong networker and relationship builder.
  • Strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Enjoys finding creative solutions to problems.
