Receptionist role at Options Pilates Studio.
Responsibilities- Welcoming, assisting and directing clients and other guests of the organisation.
- Answering all incoming calls and either redirecting them to the appropriate party or handling caller inquiries where possible.
- Assisting in organising meetings and conference calls.
- Receiving mail and arranging dispatch.
- Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area and meeting rooms.
- Providing ad hoc administrative support to the team as required.
- At least 1 year experience in a Receptionist role, ideally within the Professional Services industry.
- Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills and comfortable handling phone calls in a positive and professional manner.
- Strong networker and relationship builder.
- Strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
- Enjoys finding creative solutions to problems.
