Job Summary:

This role is responsible for ensuring that our client's goals and needs are met, in line with their marketing/sales account strategy.

Job Description:

  1. Providing space and equipment for the clients.
  2. Scheduling calls and meetings with clients.
  3. Maximizing profits and providing excellent customer satisfaction.
  4. Supervising team members and overseeing daily operations.
  5. Performing administrative duties such as billing, invoices, etc.
  6. Assisting in training new team members.
  7. Working in collaboration with the production team.
  8. Ensuring the studio area is clean and tidy at all times.

Qualifications:

  1. BS Marketing, Business Administration, and other related courses.
  2. Good written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  4. Proficiency with studio equipment.
  5. Administrative skills.
  6. Personnel management.
  7. Schedule management.
