POSITION PURPOSE
You have the responsibility of successfully servicing a consultant group and broader industry sector by ensuring client requirements are achieved through the provision of high quality candidates and profitable recruitment services. You are required to develop successful and sustainable partnerships by honouring a commitment to provide innovative, timely and value added recruitment solutions. You are required to be adaptable and flexible in your approach and ensure positive communication, consultation and leadership to your clients, candidates and the team.

Position Responsibilities

  • Support the business to achieve its sales targets by providing valued recruitment services to customers and candidates.
  • Ensure the successful attraction and retention of candidates and place these candidates into client organisations in a timely manner.
  • Ensure a regular supply of suitably qualified and job ready candidates are available and can be placed into client organisations as required.
  • Ensure all candidates submitted have been appropriately sourced, screened and vetted as per our recruitment processes.
  • Keep abreast of all local market trends, identify new business and networking opportunities and promote cross selling opportunities.
  • Ensure effective processes, procedures and systems are adhered to at all times to ensure quality of service and the delivery of professional and ethical standards.
  • Formulate and implement plans for future business development and profitability of the division.
  • Always look for opportunities for new business opportunities, networking, cross marketing, additional sales, market growth and/or an increase in profitability within your team / division.

Person Skills, Qualifications And Experience

  • Sound computer literacy in word, excel, database maintenance, e-mail and internet.
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in a sales environment OR a technical background OR recruitment experience.
  • Management or Leadership experience within a sales or related environment.
  • Positive, constructive and empowering leadership style.
  • Tertiary qualification if relevant
