Job Details

  • Estimated Monthly Rate: Approx. Php 30,000 (based on experience and performance during the application process)
  • Paid Hours per Week: 20 hours
  • Schedule: 9 AM to 1 PM EST or 10 AM to 2 PM EST (Monday to Friday)
  • Work Arrangement: Permanent Work-From-Home | Independent Contractor

Key Responsibilities

  • Write engaging job posts to attract top candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and profiling.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to ensure candidates are a strong fit.
  • Meet hiring deadlines and fill roles within two weeks.
  • Keep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) & CRM updated.
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team for smooth candidate handovers.
  • Support new hires during onboarding for a seamless transition.
  • Stay up to date with recruitment trends and continuously improve hiring strategies.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience (must be able to work independently with minimal supervision).
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Indeed, and job boards.
  • Skilled in interviewing and candidate evaluations.
  • Experience administering online assessments for skills validation.
  • Proficient in ATS & CRM tools (e.g., Notion, Airtable).
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools like RecruitmentGeek, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet the 2-week SLA for each open position.
  • Comfortable using Google Calendar for scheduling and Zoom for interviews/meetings.
  • Experience using Slack for internal and client communications.
  • Proven experience recruiting candidates based in the Philippines.
  • Must be based in Cebu, Philippines.

Important Notes

This is a permanent remote position under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will be responsible for managing their own PH government benefits and taxes.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
