Part-Time Virtual Assistant for Real Estate Appraisal Business (Remote)

Location: Remote (Texas-based business)

Position Type: Part-Time

A residential real estate appraisal company based in Texas is seeking a part-time virtual assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the business.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in real estate appraisal software. You'll assist with data organization, report preparation, and administrative support to ensure each appraisal is accurate and efficiently completed.

Compensation:

Starting at $6 USD per hour, with significant room for growth, performance-based incentives, and pay increases for reliability and high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data entry and report clean-ups
  • Market adjustments and cost approach assistance
  • Report delivery and handling of revisions
  • Coordination of files within ANOW
  • Other related administrative and appraisal support tasks

Requirements:

  • Experience using TOTAL by a la mode (required)
  • Experience with ANOW (required)
  • Familiarity with Spark or GandySoft (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written communication skills
