Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive Workforce Manager (WFM) to drive workforce planning, scheduling, and reporting. The role requires advanced Excel skills, WFM tool expertise, and strong analytical and communication abilities to deliver actionable insights and optimize service procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and analyze reports and dashboards using advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Manage scheduling, forecasting, and capacity planning with WFM tools (IEX, eWFM).
  • Provide MIS reporting for internal/external stakeholders.
  • Ensure real-time adherence (RTA) and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance service procedures.
  • Present data-driven insights effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
  • 5-7 years of experience as a Reports Analyst, Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, Capacity Planner, Scheduler, or Forecaster.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Expertise in WFM tools (IEX, eWFM); RTA/MIS experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills for number crunching and reporting.
  • Excellent verbal, written, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, people management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Expert knowledge of service procedures.
  • Ability to work independently with initiative and minimal supervision
