Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process export shipping documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, etc.) in compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
  • Verify accuracy of export documentation to ensure compliance with international trade laws, incoterms, and company policies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, finance, warehouse) to gather necessary shipment information.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure timely submission of documents.
  • Maintain accurate records of all export shipments and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
  • Monitor shipment schedules and update stakeholders regarding documentation and shipping status.
  • Support in resolving discrepancies or issues related to export documentation.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with export control regulations and company policies.
  • Provide administrative support to the export/logistics team as required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in export documentation, logistics, or shipping (fresh graduates with internships may be considered).
  • Knowledge of export processes, Incoterms, and international trade regulations is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document handling.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with ERP/logistics systems is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
