Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Food Technology)
- Strong understanding of state chemical regulations and compliance requirements
- Proven experience in technical writing and document management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in utilizing software programs and navigating computer systems.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Prepare and execute the migration of documents from the current SharePoint, Dynamics platform, and/or email systems to new systems, ensuring consistent naming conventions.
- Review and manage chemical compliance forms and documents in Specright, overseeing annual renewal processes.
- Engage with vendors via email for survey/document follow-up and reminders to complete information requests; escalate emails to ACI business, category teams as needed.
- Pull documents upon request for legal review.
- Evaluate current technical documents and check if they can be further improved.
- Develop and maintain a repository database for technical documents
