Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Writer located in Taguig. The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating and editing technical documents, writing user manuals, and developing comprehensive technical communication. The role involves collaborating with various teams to gather information, organizing and presenting complex information clearly and concisely, and ensuring the accuracy and usability of technical documentation and communication.

We're on the hunt for someone who can turn complex concepts into simple, easy-to-follow instructions—someone who loves making tech understandable and user-friendly. If you're naturally curious, detail-oriented, and can explain things like you're talking to a smart friend who's just new to the tool—this role might be for you.

What You'll Do

  • Document API integrations
    with clear, step-by-step guides that developers will thank you for.
  • Create and maintain
    knowledge base articles
    for our platform users.
  • Write
    onboarding guides
    for new customers and employees—making sure first experiences with us are smooth and empowering.
  • Collaborate with product, support, and engineering teams to ensure technical accuracy and clarity.
  • Design and structure documentation with
    intuitive workflows and navigation
    in mind.
  • Continuously improve existing content based on feedback, product updates, and user behavior.

Qualifications

  • Have 2+ years of experience in technical writing, content development, or software documentation.
  • Understand how to
    communicate technical details in plain, structured, and actionable language.
  • Have a good grasp of software platforms, APIs, and user onboarding processes.
  • Can organize content into clear flows, using diagrams, examples, and logical sequencing.
  • Are skilled in documentation tools such as Confluence, Markdown, Notion, or similar platforms.
  • Bonus if you've worked closely with dev teams or have experience in SaaS or B2B environments.
  • Strong skills in organizing and presenting complex information clearly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with various teams and gather necessary information.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and usability.
