We're looking for a Content Specialist who loves writing, simplifying complexity, and producing content that's useful on day one.

This is a hands-on writing role. While you'll collaborate with subject matter experts and help maintain structure across our library, most of your time will be spent researching, drafting, and shaping content from scratch.

You'll work across a breadth of topics - HR, finance, legal, compliance, and everyday business operations - and your job will be to make them clear, accessible, and SMB-ready.

What You'll Do

· Research & write: Create policies, SOPs, guides, templates, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.

· Simplify: Translate complex legal, HR, or technical information into plain English that busy SMBs can understand and act on quickly.

· Adapt: Write across different styles and tones (checklists, how-to guides, training content, newsletters).

· Use AI smartly: Leverage tools like ChatGPT to draft, refine, and scale content. Build and refine prompts for consistency and compliance.

· Ensure compliance: Source and align content with Australian standards (Fair Work, WHS, privacy, etc.).

· Collaborate: Work with a small team to design, structure, and maintain a growing content library.

· Improve: Spot gaps, suggest new topics, and refine existing content to keep it accurate and useful.

What We're Looking For

  • Hands-on writer - proven ability to draft clear, structured content (not just edit or govern).
  • Versatility - comfortable switching between HR, finance, operations, and more.
  • Plain-English communicator - you know how to make compliance and technical detail readable and practical.
  • AI literacy - strong user of AI tools with examples of using prompts/workflows to create or scale content.
  • Process-minded - experience with CMS/KB tools (e.g., SharePoint etc.).
  • SMB awareness - understanding of the challenges SMBs face, and the ability to write for time-poor owners/managers.
  • Flexibility - thrives in a start-up environment: small team, autonomy, and fast iteration.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of Australian HR, legal, or compliance frameworks.
  • Experience developing policies or templates for business use.
  • Exposure to SaaS, B2B, or SMB-oriented platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php150,000.00 per month
