Essential Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)


• 2–5 years of proven experience in SEO (both on-page and off-page)


• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices


• Hands-on experience with keyword research, site audits, and content optimization


• Familiarity with web analytics and SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.)


• Experience with technical SEO (crawlability, indexability, site speed, structured data)


• Solid understanding of link-building strategies and outreach campaigns


• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics (for technical SEO troubleshooting)

Technical Skills:


• Expertise in keyword research and competitor analysis tools


• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Magento, or similar)


• Proficiency in Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, or similar reporting tools


• Understanding of mobile SEO and Core Web Vitals


• Familiarity with schema markup and structured data implementation


• Knowledge of paid media basics (Google Ads, social ads) is a plus


• Version control systems (Git) familiarity is an advantage

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities


• Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot optimization opportunities


• Good communication skills for cross-team collaboration (developers, content writers, designers)


• Strong documentation and reporting skills (clear presentation of SEO performance metrics and ROI)


• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams


• Adaptability to evolving SEO trends and search engine updates

Plus Points for Korean/Spanish Language Skills:


• Ability to conduct keyword research and competitor analysis in Korean/Spanish


• Capability to optimize and localize content for Korean/Spanish audiences


• Strong written communication skills to prepare SEO reports and documentation in Korean/Spanish
