Job Title: Ride With Sales Supervisor
Location: Multiple Territories (based in Davao City)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Above Industry Standard (Negotiable based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Field Training & Coaching: Ride along with sales teams to observe, train, and improve their sales techniques, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.

  • Account Opening & Expansion: Actively drive and supervise the opening of new accounts while ensuring proper onboarding and relationship management.

  • Performance Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and implement corrective measures to enhance productivity.

  • Territory Management: Work with sales teams across different areas, ensuring consistent execution of sales strategies.

  • Reporting & Feedback: Provide detailed reports on field observations, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

  • Team Motivation: Inspire and mentor the salesforce to achieve and exceed targets.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and present a structured Ride With Salesman (RWS) plan during the interview to showcase your approach.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales supervision, field training, or territory management.

  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to work hands-on in the field.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • Willingness to travel extensively and ride along with sales teams daily.

  • Ability to create and present a comprehensive RWS plan during the interview.

  • Experience in FMCG, distribution, or retail sales is a plus.
