  • Extensive Knowledge of production principles and techniques
  • Proficient with Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) Software

Scope and Responsibilities

  • Implements Mechanical Preventive Maintenance Program of all production-related machineries and equipment.
  • Supervises mechanical trouble-shooting in times of machine trouble or breakdown. Sees to it that it must be done at shortest possible time with no network.
  • Coordinates with production supervisor about the present situation and/or condition of machineries they were handling. Plans and schedules the repair or maintenance work to be done if ever there was an observed defect on a particular machine that would lead to an unscheduled breakdown. Reports the said observation to the maintenance superintendent (when needed) for further working suggestions or instructions.
  • Makes a proper recording on all machine troubles for future reference or as an aid for modification and improvement of a particular machine.
  • Ensures that rules and regulations of the company were followed and safety precautions were always observed.
  • Conduct monthly inventory of spare parts and raw materials.
  • Prepares monthly accomplishment report and risk register
  • Prepares and review all mechanical drawing.
  • Prepare and submit mechanical breakdown and air leak report.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
