  • Independently handle daily accounting, tax filing, and coordinate with auditors
  • Assist with company compliance matters, including updating documents with government authorities and handling import licenses
  • Organize and maintain import customs clearance data
  • Review reimbursement claims to ensure compliance
  • Issue invoices and update invoice tracking sheets
  • Maintain records of accounts receivable and inventory transactions, and follow up on collections

  • Record and manage detailed bank transactions

  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with at least 2–3 years of relevant experience

  • Familiar with financial process management, with strong learning ability, independent working skills, and financial analysis capability
  • Proficient in Excel functions and other office software.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and good command of English is preferred.
