As our Clinic Service Operations Lead, you'll bring the same hospitality mindset into healthcare: ensuring every patient feels cared for, every workflow runs efficiently, and every team member performs at their best. What You'll Do

  • Streamline and enhance workflows for smooth, efficient, guest-like experiences
  • Translate organizational goals into clear actions that improve clinic service and performance
  • Use data and frontline insights to anticipate issues and resolve them quickly
  • Lead from the floor — coach, support, and inspire a diverse clinic team
  • Handling staff concerns with decisiveness, empathy, and professionalism
  • Ensuring performance metrics are consistently met through strong follow-through
  • Setting the tone for a warm, efficient, and responsive clinic experience
  • Responding quickly to issues that impact service delivery or patient satisfaction
  • Identifying operational gaps and building systems to address them
  • Partnering with cross-functional leaders to scale best practices and improvements

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course

Experience / Knowledge:

  • 4+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced service or healthcare setting (e.g., clinic, retail, bank, hotel, etc.)
  • Strong track record in operations management, process improvement, and staff development
  • Confident decision-maker with excellent communication and execution skills

Skills and Attributes:

  • Energetic, young-at-heart, and ready to lead from the front
  • Passionate about creating impact through organized, efficient, people-first leadership
  • Amenable to rotational shifts (5-day work week, varying rest days)
