2. Recruitment Strategy & Execution

  • Design and implement recruitment strategies tailored to each client's requirements.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — job briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Utilize a mix of sourcing channels (job boards, networking, social media, headhunting) to identify top talent.
  • Ensure high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously optimize processes for efficiency and quality.

3. Team Leadership & Performance

  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture focused on service excellence.

4. Business Development Support

  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with the sales or business development team to expand client portfolios.
  • Participate in proposal presentations, client pitches, and contract negotiations.

5. Market & Industry Intelligence

  • Stay updated on labor market trends, competitor analysis, and salary benchmarks.
  • Advise clients on recruitment challenges and emerging talent acquisition strategies.
  • Provide insights into candidate availability, market conditions, and employer branding opportunities.
