  1. Support the Executive Chef in overseeing all culinary operations onboard, including food preparation, service, and sanitation.
  2. Lead and supervise galley staff, including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd cooks, pastry chefs, bakers, and utility cleaners.
  3. Ensure consistency and quality in all meals served, maintaining high standards of taste, presentation, and portion control.
  4. Manage food storage areas, including refrigerators and freezers, ensuring proper inventory rotation and hygiene.
  5. Conduct training and mentoring for junior kitchen staff to uphold company standards and safety protocols.
  6. Maintain compliance with USPH (United States Public Health) and company sanitation standards.
  7. Step in as acting Executive Chef when needed, taking full responsibility for kitchen operations.
