About the role
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our team at Dakota Residences Condominium Corporation in Malate, Manila City, Metro Manila. This full-time position is responsible for providing comprehensive accounting and bookkeeping support to ensure the smooth financial operations of our organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports on time
- Assist with the preparation of monthly financial statements and other reports
- Perform data entry and basic accounting tasks to support the finance team
- Liaise with vendors, clients to resolve any accounting-related queries or issues
- Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed
What we're looking for
- knowledgeable in bookkeeping or an accounting clerk role, preferably an accounting graduate
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
- Proficient in using accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and other office productivity tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
- Familiarity with accounting principles, practices, and regulations applicable to the industry
