We're Hiring: Mobile Clinic Supervisor

Location: A.S. Fortuna Street, Oakridge Business Park, Mandaue City, Cebu

What You'll Do:

As a Mobile Clinic Supervisor, you'll lead teams, manage operations, and ensure every patient receives the best care possible.

Key responsibilities include:

Operations Management

  • Organize and oversee daily mobile clinic routes and schedules.
  • Ensure clinics are deployed and set up on time at assigned locations.
  • Monitor service quality, patient care standards, and resolve operational concerns with the support of the central office.

Staff Supervision

  • Lead and manage nurses, med techs, admin staff, and drivers in mobile clinic operations.
  • Ensure the attendance, efficiency, and professionalism of staff on duty.
  • Conduct team briefings, resolve issues, and maintain a positive, motivated team environment.

Client & Patient Coordination

  • Work closely with corporate clients, LGUs, and community partners to align on schedules and requirements.
  • Oversee patient flow to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients during mobile operations.

Logistics & Inventory

  • Manage transportation, fuel, medical supplies, and equipment needs.
  • Guarantee readiness of materials (PPE, test kits, forms, etc.) before deployment.
  • Track supply usage and prepare timely reports for replenishment.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Uphold health, safety, and confidentiality regulations.
  • Prepare accurate daily and weekly reports on activities, patient volume, and incidents.
  • Support internal audits and inspections as required.

Pre-Deployment Coordination

  • Attend client meetings to finalize schedules, scope, and service requirements.
  • Conduct site inspections to confirm readiness and logistics feasibility.
  • Align client expectations with operational capacity.

Post-Deployment Review

  • Lead client debriefings to evaluate results, address concerns, and gather feedback for service improvement.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.
  • A valid healthcare license/certification (e.g., RN, Nurse Practitioner).
  • Strong background in clinical practice and healthcare leadership.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance and safety standards.
  • A team player who can adapt to a mobile and dynamic work environment.
