We are looking for a dynamic Clinic Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. This role ensures smooth workflows, excellent patient care, and financial efficiency. As a key leader, you'll foster teamwork, enhance patient satisfaction, and drive the clinic toward growth and success.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and motivate clinical & administrative staff
  • Oversee daily operations (scheduling, billing, patient services)
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations & accreditation
  • Manage budgets and implement cost-efficient strategies
  • Elevate patient experience and resolve concerns
  • Represent CPCI in community programs and outreach
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare/Business Administration (Master's preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare management, 2+ years in leadership, with a preference for mobile experience.
  • Strong background in clinic operations, finance & compliance
  • Excellent leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in EHR systems & office applications.
  • Can start immediately
