Key Responsibilities:

  • Create staff schedules, delegate tasks, and manage daily nursing assignments.

  • Conduct regular audits of clinical practices and patient records to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Manage inventory and ensure proper stocking of medical supplies and equipment.
  • Participate in patient care as needed, especially in high-demand or critical situations.
  • Handle patient concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate as needed.
  • Support the implementation of health and safety programs, infection control measures, and continuing education activities.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new clinic nurses.
  • Prepare reports for management regarding clinic performance, staff productivity, and patient feedback.
