OnSpot
is expanding our Remote Operations team, and we're looking for a
Team Manager
who can lead high-performing Virtual Assistants across multiple client accounts. If you are an organized leader with strong coaching, QA, and client-handling skills—this role is for you.

About the Role

The
Team Manager
is responsible for ensuring that our remote VAs consistently deliver high-quality, accurate, and on-time work for multiple US-based clients. You will oversee performance, coach VAs, manage workflows, enforce accuracy standards, and maintain strong communication across your assigned accounts.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured operations and enjoys bringing out the best in people.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage
    8–20 Remote VAs
    across several client accounts
  • Monitor daily outputs, task accuracy, and SLA compliance
  • Conduct weekly check-ins, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
  • Perform Quality Assurance (QA) checks using OnSpot's accuracy frameworks
  • Ensure VAs follow SOPs, naming conventions, and client-specific requirements
  • Handle workload allocation, scheduling, attendance, and productivity
  • Act as a secondary point of contact for client needs and escalations
  • Prepare performance reports and implement improvement plans
  • Promote accountability, engagement, and OnSpot Tribe Culture

What You Need to Succeed

Experience

  • 2–4+ years in Operations, Team Leadership, or Supervisory role
  • Experience managing
    remote
    teams (ideally 10+ members)
  • Background in VA operations, BPO, or service delivery
  • Proven track record of meeting accuracy and productivity KPIs

Skills

  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Quality-focused with high attention to detail
  • Structured, organized, and process-driven
  • Able to manage multiple accounts and shifting priorities
  • Familiarity with SOPs, QA checklists, and performance frameworks

Tools

  • Google Workspace
  • Project management platforms (ClickUp, Trello, Asana, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of CRM, legal ops, or property management tools (advantage)
