
Billing Assistant

Job Description:
-
Receive and sort incoming payments
-
Process supplier billings in an accurate and timely manner
-
Maintain clean and proper records of all purchasing activities
-
Coordinate with the suppliers regarding the payment schedule
-
Provide other accounting and administrative support and assistance to the Procurement Management Group as necessary
-
Perform additional duties as directed by immediate superior or the Group Head
Qualifications:
-
Graduate of Engineering, Accountancy or any business/finance related course
-
At least 1 year work experience or background in any accounting functions
-
Real estate or Construction industry experience is an advantage
-
Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented and ability to prioritize
-
Willing and able to work with minimum supervision
-
Flexible to work hours in order to complete tasks required in a timely manner
-
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
-
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
-
Amenable to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
