What is your mission?

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to handle billing, invoicing, cash receipts, and customer account reconciliation across multiple locations. You will ensure accurate posting in Microsoft Dynamics, prepare AR reports, follow up on payments, and support month-end closing. This role requires strong attention to detail, a solid grasp of AR processes, and the ability to collaborate with credit, sales, and shipping teams for efficient billing operations.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Ensure timely and accurate billing across five locations
  • Communicate with credit, sales, and shipping departments to confirm billing accuracy
  • Review sales orders in Microsoft Dynamics (shipped not invoiced, fully shipped, released)
  • Validate sales order details, post invoices, and email to customers once confirmed correct
  • Process invoices for all locations and ensure accuracy in billing workflow
  • Prepare and post cash receipts to customer accounts
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly
  • Monitor customer payment activity and follow up on past-due invoices
  • Prepare and send customer statements regularly
  • Assist with month-end closing activities related to AR
  • Generate and maintain AR reports for management review
  • Respond to customer billing and payment inquiries
  • Maintain accurate, organized AR records in compliance with company policies

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics (sales order processing, invoicing, AR management)
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and AR workflows
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
  • Accuracy in data entry and record management
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
