- Directly report to the SECRETARY of the Board.
- Perform administrative tasks including filing and photocopying.
- Managing database and members files.
- Monitor and maintain log for membership payment and issuance of Statement of Accounts and Official Receipts.
- Document and filing of financial information including logging or processing bills or expenses.
- Process and supports on the renewal of Business Permits, BIR, SEC concerns, and CPD.
- Maintain confidential department files/records.
- Support and facilitate the completion of client committee reports as assigned.
- Liaising with relevant client committees and members.
- Organizing and scheduling meetings.
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence memos and forms.
- Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders.
- Provide monthly report to the Board of Trustees.
- Monthly Report to Finance.
- Other tasks that the Board of Trustees may assign.
Qualifications:
- With at least 6 months to 1 year work experience.
- College graduate.
- Must be computer literate.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17, Php19,000.00 per month
