About Us

We are a Philippines-based outsourcing company specializing in providing construction estimation and project support services to Canadian firms. Our dedicated team delivers accuracy, reliability, and value across residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a skilled Construction Estimator to support our Canadian partners by preparing precise estimates, maintaining cost efficiency, and contributing to the success of multiple high-value projects.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and bid documents for Canadian residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
  • Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents to assess project scope, risks, and requirements.
  • Collaborate with Canadian project managers, engineers, and contractors to clarify details and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain up-to-date cost databases, pricing references, and supplier contacts relevant to the Canadian construction market.
  • Support value engineering initiatives by recommending cost-effective materials and methods to optimize project budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with Canadian building codes, industry standards, and best practices in all estimating activities.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of estimating processes, tools, and templates.
  • Perform additional tasks and special projects as required to support project success and client needs.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a construction estimator, preferably with exposure to Canadian or North American projects.
  • Proficiency in Tradesmen software (required); experience with other estimating tools such as PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or CostX is an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and pricing trends within the Canadian market.
  • Exceptional numerical accuracy, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to collaborate effectively across time zones.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and backup system to ensure timely and uninterrupted project delivery.
