Key Responsibilities
Client Management & Communication
- Manage all communication with clients as the sole client manager across the agency.
- Conduct onboarding for new clients, setting expectations and outlining their project roadmap.
- Build a deep understanding of each client's business and goals.
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships through regular updates and check-ins.
- Conduct client review sessions to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Project & Delivery Management
- Coordinate with all department heads to ensure services are delivered according to project timelines and scope.
- Track project milestones and deliverables using
- Monitor workloads, budgets, and timelines to ensure quality and consistency.
- Report on progress, client updates, and overall project health.
Trust & Quality Building
- Ensure client confidence in the agency's work through proactive communication and transparency.
- Support specialists by keeping clients aligned with timelines and deliverables.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Project Management: Proven ability to handle multiple priorities, tasks, and clients simultaneously.
- Customer Service & Client Relations: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — professional, warm, and reliable.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive and solution-oriented; comfortable troubleshooting issues and making decisions independently.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in managing budgets, timelines, and documentation.
Required Tools & Systems Knowledge

- Budget and workload visibility
- Reporting and updates
- Microsoft Word:
- Formatting and editing proposals, reports, and internal notes
Experience across these tools is essential to manage day-to-day operations and support the agency team effectively without needing constant guidance.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Php34,408.00 per month
Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
