Job Title: Customer Service Assistant
Salary: Php 22,000–25,000 per month
Location: Remote (Philippines) – Must be available during Australian business hours

Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly reliable and capable Customer Service Assistant who can effectively manage both order processing and customer service-related tasks. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth transaction flow and prompt resolution of customer concerns. This is a remote, full-time position requiring availability during Australian business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
⦁ Accurately process and manage customer orders from placement to fulfillment
⦁ Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner
⦁ Handle order-related issues such as delays, changes, or discrepancies
⦁ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of orders and customer interactions
⦁ Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution
⦁ Perform general administrative tasks in support of the customer service function
Key Skills:
⦁ At least 1 year of experience in customer service, order processing, and administrative support (BPO or International experience are preferred)
⦁ Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
⦁ High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
⦁ Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
⦁ Familiarity with order management systems, CRM platforms, or e-commerce tools is an advantage
⦁ Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
