About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Med Tech to join our team at Borough Medical Care Institute Inc. in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. As a Med Tech, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to our patients. What you'll be doing

  1. Performing a variety of laboratory tests and analyses to support patient diagnosis and treatment
  2. Operating and maintaining medical laboratory equipment and instruments with precision and care
  3. Collecting, processing, and analysing biological specimens such as blood, urine, and tissue samples
  4. Interpreting test results and providing accurate and timely information to healthcare providers
  5. Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all laboratory activities
  6. Adhering to strict safety protocols and quality control measures to ensure the reliability of test results
  7. Collaborating with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related field
  2. Registered Medical Technologist (RMT) certification or equivalent
  3. Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Med Tech in a healthcare setting
  4. Proficient in the use of medical laboratory equipment and technology
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  6. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with healthcare teams
  8. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
