Overview

MediCard now boasts of more than half a million members and over 54,000 accredited doctors in over 1,000 hospitals and clinics nationwide. It also operates 16 MediCard free-standing clinics that provide services at par with those offered by hospitals minus the confinement. MediCard is currently looking for assertive, dynamic and energetic individuals to fill up the following vacancy:

Responsibilities
  • Supervises all clinic staff to ensure smooth clinic operations of all sections.
  • Daily monitoring of attendance and ensures fast and efficient delivery of service to patients.
  • Coordinates with doctors and dentists regarding daily attendance and changes in their schedule.
  • Collates and reviews all reports of subordinates prior to submission to Senior Supervisor.
  • Ensures the availability of accurate and timely results.
  • In-Charge of training of new staff on his/her specific role in the clinic, regarding clinic SOP, and use of clinic management system.
  • Performs re-training and coaching of existing staff regularly or as needed.
  • In-Charge of doing performance evaluation of subordinates for submission to senior supervisor.
  • Coordinates with other Clinic Heads for any endorsements as needed.
  • Attends department meeting with other Clinic Heads and other meetings as required.
  • Coordinates with suppliers of clinic machine/equipment for any issues encountered as needed.
  • To render overtime, if necessary, after regular working hours even during non-working days due to workload.
  • Performs initial investigation of NFC/NCs or complaints received involving subordinates. Performs Root Cause Analysis and provides appropriate correction and corrective action.
  • Performs other related tasks incidental to the work described herein.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Education: Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably BS Nursing, Med Tech, or Rad tech and board passer.
  • Experience: At least 1 year work experience in Supervisory role.
  • Other Skills: Average verbal and written communications, with initiative, organized and with patience. Skilled in admin works.
