Executive Assistant to the Founder & President

We are seeking a world-class Executive Assistant to partner directly with the Founder & President of a rapidly scaling ESG-tech conglomerate (covering renewable energy, hydrogen mobility, med-tech, and global infrastructure projects). This is not a traditional EA role — it is a high-impact position for someone who can think strategically, execute relentlessly, and thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the Founder's right hand — managing priorities, follow-ups, and cross-functional coordination across multiple businesses and geographies.
  • Drive execution: ensure commitments, deals, and partnerships move forward on time.
  • Own the Founder's calendar, communications, and key relationships with government, investors, banks, and global partners.
  • Research, prepare briefs, and draft communications for high-stakes meetings, media appearances, and negotiations.
  • Anticipate needs, identify bottlenecks, and proactively create solutions before problems arise.
  • Ensure information flow across leadership teams, keeping the Founder focused on strategic growth.

What We're Looking For

  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills; able to synthesize, prioritize, and execute under pressure.
  • Tech-savvy (G Suite, Slack, project management tools); comfortable working with data and presentations.
  • Discretion, integrity, and the ability to manage highly confidential information.
  • A minimum of 5+ years supporting a CEO, Founder, or senior executive; consulting, banking, or startup background a strong plus.

Ability to commute/relocate:
