About This Job
Responsible for the oversight, sourcing, and recruiting of positions for Axos. Manages the Axos recruitment process from the initial opening of a position through hire.

  • Developing plans for sourcing appropriate candidates, conducting the interview process, and extending offers to selected candidates while maintaining a low cost per hire.
  • Coaching junior staff on the use of advanced candidate sourcing techniques; developing internal and external search strategies per position assignment.
  • Developing recruitment best practices which support the organization's goals and direction. Leading improvement initiatives for talent acquisition programs, processes and policies according to organizational human resources strategies.
  • Counseling hiring managers regarding recruiting strategies and practices that support the goals and direction of the organization.
