Role Overview:

We are seeking a Project-Based Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team for a 5-month engagement. The ideal candidate will support end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring timely and quality hires for critical business needs. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver qualified talent within agreed timelines.

Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.

Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment standards.

Support recruitment-related administrative tasks and documentation.

Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Willing to work on a project-based engagement (5 months).

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

Experience in high-volume or niche hiring is an advantage.
