Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with managers to determine recruitment needs and develop a hiring strategy for each role
- Identify, attract and source hard-to-find passive talent using different niche sites/channels such as LinkedIn and other social media
- Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process
- Sourcing for candidates in our job boards
- Contacting candidates and conducting initial interviews
- Endorsing qualified leads to their respective managers
- Scheduling of interviews until the final interview
- Post open positions on various job boards and social media sites
- Research and participate in the most relevant career fairs, local job fairs, and professional events to support the company's brand and growth plan
Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in recruitment and staffing
- Proficiency in active and passive sourcing, boolean search is a plus
- MS Office and Google Workspace experience
- BPO or RPO experience is a plus
- With a bachelors degree, preferably in human resource management, psychology, or other related fields
- With excellent computer literacy and application skills
- With exceptional work ethic, values, and principles
- Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for errors
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Has competent sourcing skills
