Requirements:
- 5-6 years of proven experience in tech recruitment, with a strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to recruit for a variety of software development positions.
- Excellent knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS systems).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and senior management.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple openings and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to build relationships and work effectively across teams.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to relocate to the Philippines and work in a global, multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles across the organization, ensuring the right talent is sourced and hired for critical software development positions.
- Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies to attract top-tier tech talent, focusing on software engineering, IT, and other technical disciplines.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, job requirements, and ensure alignment of recruitment processes with business objectives.
- Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and recruitment events.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to present a strong shortlist to hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience, from initial contact through the hiring process.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and key metrics to leadership, while optimizing the recruitment process for efficiency.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor for talent acquisition.
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters, sharing knowledge and best practices in the tech recruitment field.
- Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in managing or leading recruitment teams.
- Familiarity with the tech recruitment market in the Philippines.
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics and ability to use data to optimize processes.
