
HR Manager

Oversees an organization's workforce by managing recruitment, onboarding, training, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. They serve as a key link between management and employees, developing HR strategies and policies to align with the company's goals, foster a positive work environment, and ensure the company attracts, motivates, and retains qualified staff. Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Hiring: Develop job descriptions, post jobs, screen applicants, conduct interviews, and manage the onboarding process for new employees.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs, design programs to enhance employee skills, and oversee professional development initiatives.
- Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation plans, administer employee benefits programs, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Employee Relations: Address employee complaints, mediate disputes, and serve as a link between employees and management.
- Compliance: Develop and implement policies to ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
- Performance Management: Set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and provide feedback to employees.
- Strategic HR Planning: Work with senior leadership to develop HR strategies that support the organization's overall goals.
Essential Skills
- Leadership and Strategic Thinking: To direct the HR department and contribute to company strategy.
- Problem-Solving: To effectively address workplace issues and employee concerns.
- Communication: To serve as a bridge between management and employees and effectively communicate policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of HR Laws: To ensure the organization remains compliant with employment regulations.
- With Construction industry experience.
