Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Hiring: Develop job descriptions, post jobs, screen applicants, conduct interviews, and manage the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs, design programs to enhance employee skills, and oversee professional development initiatives.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation plans, administer employee benefits programs, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee complaints, mediate disputes, and serve as a link between employees and management.
  • Compliance: Develop and implement policies to ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
  • Performance Management: Set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and provide feedback to employees.
  • Strategic HR Planning: Work with senior leadership to develop HR strategies that support the organization's overall goals.

Essential Skills

  • Leadership and Strategic Thinking: To direct the HR department and contribute to company strategy.
  • Problem-Solving: To effectively address workplace issues and employee concerns.
  • Communication: To serve as a bridge between management and employees and effectively communicate policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of HR Laws: To ensure the organization remains compliant with employment regulations.
  • With Construction industry experience.
