On-Site Appointment Setters for a U.S.-Based Digital Marketing Client | Pooling

Are you confident on the phone, sharp with details, and driven by results?

OnSpot, a leading BPO company, is hiring on-site Appointment Setters to support one of our U.S.-based clients — a digital marketing and growth agency specializing in med spas and aesthetic clinics.

Our client helps beauty and wellness businesses fill their calendars with 100+ qualified appointments in just 30 days — and you'll be a key part of making that happen.

What You'll Do

  • Reach out to potential and existing leads through calls, messages, and emails.
  • Qualify leads and set high-quality appointments for our client's med spa and wellness partners.
  • Manage appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups with professionalism and care.
  • Keep CRM systems updated and accurate — attention to detail is a must.
  • Collaborate closely with the client's account and marketing teams to maximize campaign performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php27,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Senior High School (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer support: 1 year (Preferred)
