btySERVICES OPC is an administrative support office for dental offices based in the United States (U.S.). We work directly with U.S. dental offices that are associated with us. We are not just an outsourcing company; instead, we work directly with office admins and doctors. We are looking for individuals who aspire to be better than yesterday and are committed to learning and growing every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound and receive inbound calls to schedule, confirm, and reschedule dental appointments
  • Manage daily appointment calendars and ensure efficient patient flow
  • Provide clear information about services, procedures, and appointment requirements
  • Update and maintain accurate patient records in the system
  • Perform follow-up calls for recalls, treatment reminders, and missed appointments
  • Coordinate with the dental team to accommodate urgent patient needs
  • Deliver excellent customer service and uphold a professional, caring tone

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in appointment setting, customer service, or a dental office is a PLUS
  • Strong phone communication skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently
  • Must be patient-focused and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
