
Marketing Admin Assistant

Job Responsibilities Includes:
Requesting Products: Coordinate with Category Management to request demos for client presentations or product gifts/giveaways to support all departments.
Order Management: Create orders and stock transfers using Anchanto Wareo
Track and organize all marketing inventories both offline and online.
Supply Chain Coordination: Liaise with Supply Chain and Logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
Financial Management: Collect receipts and process Supplier Payments, Reimbursements, and Liquidations. Utilize Oracle Netsuite for financial transactions and coordinate with the Accounting Team as necessary.
5. Collateral Production:
Oversee the production of offline collaterals, coordinates with suppliers, particularly for store openings.
Assist Asst Marketing Manager with the Space Planning and Retail Department to ensure effective graphics execution and product displays
Assist Asst Marketing Manager with Graphic Designers to develop compelling marketing materials.
6. Promotion Compliance: Manage the application of promotions to DTI to ensure compliance with government regulations.
7. Events Management: Assist and collaborate with Assistant Marketing Manager on the pocket events that the brand will participate in and spearhead.
Additionally, proficiency in Google Sheets for maintaining trackers is required. Willing to do "dirty work" for it is the nature of the role.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Experience with Anchanto Wareo, Oracle Netsuite, and DTI regulations is a plus but not required. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to various aspects of marketing operations within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
