Sales Admin Assistant

The Sales Admin supports the Marketing Department by handling sales-related administrative tasks. This role ensures smooth coordination between the sales and marketing teams, assisting with order processing, customer database management, and general administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processes and tracks sales orders, invoices, and customer requests
- Maintains and updates customer databases and records
- Prepares sales reports, presentations, and marketing materials as needed
- Supports marketing campaigns by coordinating lead follow-up and communication
- Liaises with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Performs general administrative duties such as scheduling meetings and managing documentation
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM systems is an advantage
- Capable of multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in sales support or administrative roles is preferred
